Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to provide excellent service to retail and installer customers and support store management with daily tasks. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to better serve a diverse customer base.

The role requires greeting customers, assisting with merchandise selection, processing transactions, and addressing complaints. Training will be provided for fresh and returning tasks, including store operations and planogram updates.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Outstanding, friendly, professional customer service.
• Multitask between phone and in-store customers.
• Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and ASE certification is a plus.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist in merchandise selection in-store or over the phone.
• Support management in assigned tasks and training.
• Handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions securely.
• Process exchanges and returns per policy.
• Resolve customer complaints in a courteous manner.
• Assist with daily store operations and image maker/planogram updates.
