O'Reilly Auto Parts in the United States is seeking a Parts Specialist to provide exceptional service to retail and installer customers while supporting store management. The role includes greeting customers, assisting in merchandise selection, handling transactions, and aiding professional customers as needed.

Responsibilities also cover answering store calls, completing training, processing exchanges, and assisting with stock, planograms, and image maker tasks.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).
• ASE certification is a preferred credential.

Responsibilities

• Greet retail/walk-in customers and assist in selecting merchandise.
• Assist managers and installer service specialists for professional customers.
• Handle cash, credit cards, and returns following company policy.
• Answer store phone calls, look up parts, and quote prices with the Low-Price Guarantee.
• Perform daily store operations including stocking, planograms, and image maker tasks.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle as needed by business
• All other duties as assigned.
