O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver exceptional service to retail and installer customers. The role supports store management with tasks, including inventory, planogram updates, and in-store services where allowed by law.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Greet retail/walk-in customers in a friendly, courteous manner and assist them in selecting merchandise.
• Assist managers and installer service specialists in serving professional customers as needed.
• Process exchanges and returns for credit according to company policies.
• Answer store phone calls, lookup parts and quote prices, and offer related items.
• Maintain cash drawer, process cash/credit transactions, and make change securely.
• Assist with daily store operations: stocking, planograms, housekeeping, and freight receipts.
• Perform in-store services (where allowed by local law) such as wipers, batteries, and vehicle checks.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when business needs require.
