Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts seeks a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers while supporting store management. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and there are opportunities to assist professional customers and complete store tasks.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, promoting service programs, processing transactions, and maintaining merchandising standards, with occasional delivery duties as required.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Promote customer service programs (Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, etc.).
• Assist professional customers and installers as needed.
• Process cash, checks, and credit card transactions securely.
• Handle exchanges/returns per policy and resolve complaints.
• Perform daily store operations and merchandising tasks.
• Support image maker and planogram updates, stocking procedures.
• Provide in-store services such as wiper installation, battery tests, and light diagnostics where allowed.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle as needed.
