Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers and to support store management in task completion. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and you will promote customer service programs and assist with both in-store and phone inquiries.

You will greet customers, help them select merchandise, process transactions, handle exchanges/returns, and support daily store operations including stock, planograms, and imaging tasks.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Follow and promote all company customer service programs.
• Promptly greet retail/walk-in customers and assist with product selection.
• Assist managers and/or installer service specialists for professional customers.
