Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet retail/walk-in customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Assist managers and installers with professional customers as needed.
• Handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions securely.
• Process exchanges and returns per policy.
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Perform daily store operations and image maker/planogram updates.
• Install basic in-store services (wipers, batteries, etc.) where allowed by law.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed.
