Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting merchandise.
• Support professional customers and technicians as needed.
• Process cash, checks and credit card transactions accurately.
• Handle exchanges/returns per policy and resolve complaints.
• Assist with stocking, planogram updates, and store housekeeping.
• Perform in-store services as trained and approved.
• Drive a delivery vehicle when needed according to business needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
