Qualifications

• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Follow and promote all company customer service programs.
• Greet retail/walk-in customers and assist them in their selection of merchandise.
• Complete assigned company training relevant to position.
• Provide excellent service to customers calling the store.
• Maintain and secure the cash drawer, and process transactions.
• Process exchanges and returns for credit.
• Address and resolve customer complaints.
• Perform various daily operational tasks.
• Drive a delivery vehicle to make deliveries when needed.
