O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver exceptional service to retail and installer customers and support store management with tasks. The position emphasizes greeting customers, assisting with merchandise selection, and executing daily operations to maintain store standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Greet retail/walk-in customers in a friendly, courteous manner and assist them in selecting merchandise.
• Assist managers and installer service specialists with professional customers as needed.
• Handle payments, process cash/credit transactions, and maintain cash drawer securely.
• Process exchanges and returns for credit per company policies.
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Assist with daily image maker and planogram updates, stocking shelves, and housekeeping.
• Perform in-store services (set by state/local laws) such as wipers, batteries, scanning codes.
