You will assist with merchandise selection, promote our service programs, and support store management in daily tasks. Qualifikationen

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Familiar with automotive parts and related sales or service.
• ASE certification is desirable, bilingual skills encouraged.

• Greet customers, help with merchandise selections, and promote store programs.
• Assist professional customers and install service specialists as needed.
• Process cash, checks, and card transactions with accuracy and security.
• Handle exchanges/returns and resolve complaints in a friendly manner.
• Maintain image, planogram updates, stock shelves, and assist with daily operations.
• Perform in-store services and basic vehicle checks as trained.
• Drive a delivery vehicle when necessary and allowed by policy.
