O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers, while supporting store management. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and may help serve diverse customer needs.

You will greet customers, assist in selecting merchandise, process payments, and handle returns and exchanges while maintaining cash integrity. Training and on-site duties are required, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Follow company customer service programs (Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, Rock the Call).
• Assist with servicing professional customers as needed.
• Process payments, exchanges and returns per policy.
• Answer calls and look up parts, quotes and related items.
• Maintain cash drawer and process transactions securely.
