Responsibilities

• Greet and assist retail/walk-in customers in selecting merchandise.
• Promote customer service programs and related selling opportunities.
• Assist with professional customers and installers as needed.
• Handle cash, checks, credit cards, and returns per policy.
• Answer store phone calls, lookup parts, and quote prices.
• Perform daily store operations and image updates as directed.
• Provide in-store services (e.g., install wipers, test batteries) when allowed by state law.
