Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts in Wisconsin is seeking an Installer Service Specialist with a strong mechanical background to serve professional customers at the installer counter.

In this role, you will direct the daily activity of the delivery team to ensure accurate and timely deliveries, while managing orders by phone and online and maintaining vehicle inspections and backroom duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong background in mechanics.
• Above average communication skills.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).
• ASE Certification required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales relationships with installers and professional customers.
• Take customer orders by phone and online; invoice orders and direct parts to delivery.
• Direct delivery specialists to ensure timely and accurate order deliveries.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained per standards.
• Log and verify daily vehicle inspections and mileage entries.
• Collaborate with Sales Specialists and Territory Managers to provide superior service.
• Verify product and warranty parts are billed before pickup.
• Handle core and warranty returns promptly and accurately.
• Audit returns for warranty abuse and ensure proper labeling.
• Assist on front and retail counters as needed.
• Support backroom duties such as auto-load, returns, and stock.
• Process customer labor claims quickly and efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
