O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Installer Service Specialist to support professional customers at the installer counter and oversee daily activity of delivery staff to ensure timely, accurate orders.

• Strong background in mechanics.
• Above average communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales relationships with installers/professional customers.
• Take orders over the phone and online, invoice orders, direct parts picking and delivery staging, and coordinate delivery staff to ensure timely, accurate orders.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained per company standards.
• Record daily mileages and vehicle inspections in fleet management systems.
• Collaborate with Sales Specialists/Territory Sales Managers to deliver superior service.
• Verify all product/merchandise, including warranty parts and cores, are billed before the customer leaves.
• Ensure returns (new cores and warranty) are picked up and credited promptly.
• Audit returns for warranty abuse and ensure proper tagging/ labeling.
• Assist on front counter and retail counter as needed.
• Help with backroom duties (auto-load, returns, stock) as needed.
• Assist with customer labor claims and ensure processing is quick and efficient.
• All other duties as assigned.
