O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Installer Service Specialist to service professional customers through the installer counter. You will oversee delivery staff, ensure accurate orders, and coordinate themed services while maintaining vehicle inspections and fleet standards.

Requirements include a strong mechanical background, good communication, and hands-on automotive repair knowledge. Spanish bilingual abilities are highly valued; training and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Strong background in mechanics.
• Above average communication skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of automotive repairs.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales relationships with installers/professional customers.
• Take orders by phone/online, invoice orders, and direct parts for delivery.
• Route delivery specialists to ensure timely customer deliveries.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained as per standards.
• Verify product/merchandise and ensure warranties/cores are billed.
• Assist on front and retail counters as needed.
• Support backroom duties including stock and returns.
• Process labor claims quickly and efficiently.
