Responsibilities

• Develop sales relationships with installers/professional customers.
• Take customer orders over the phone and online, invoice orders, direct parts for delivery, and route delivery specialists to ensure timely orders.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained according to company standards.
• Ensure daily vehicle inspections and mileage entries are accurate.
• Collaborate with Sales Specialists/Territory Sales Managers to provide superior service to professional customers.
• Verify all product/merchandise, including warranty parts and cores, are billed before customers leave the store.
• Ensure returns and credits for cores and warranties are processed promptly.
• Assist on front and retail counters and with backroom duties as needed.
• Assist with customer labor claims processing.
