O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Installer Service Specialist to build relationships with professional customers and oversee delivery operations from the installer counter. The role focuses on accurate order handling, timely deliveries, and collaboration with Sales and Territory Managers to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Strong background in mechanics.
• Above average communication skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of automotive repairs.
• ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Develop sales relationships with installers/professional customers.
• Take orders by phone and online, invoice orders, and direct delivery staff for timely fulfillment.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained per standards.
• Verify product, including warranty parts, is billed before customer departs.
• Assist on front and retail counters and support backroom duties as needed.
• Process customer labor claims quickly and efficiently.
