A strong mechanics background and clear communication are essential; Spanish language ability is highly valued and ASE certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong background in mechanics.
• Above average communication skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of automotive repairs (desired).
• ASE Certification (desired).
• Fluency in multiple languages, with Spanish highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales relationships with installers and professional customers.
• Take orders by phone and online, invoice orders, and direct delivery routing.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained according to company standards.
• Complete vehicle inspections and log daily mileages.
• Coordinate with Sales Specialists and Territory Managers for superior service.
• Verify all product and warranty parts are billed before checkout.
• Ensure cores and warranty returns are picked up and credited promptly.
• Audit returns for warranty abuse and tag labels correctly.
• Assist on front and retail counters when needed.
• Support backroom duties including stock, returns, and auto-load.
• Process customer labor claims quickly and efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
