Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Installer Service Specialist to serve professional customers at the installer counter. The role oversees daily activity of the delivery specialist to ensure accurate and timely order deliveries, and provides exceptional service on the shop floor.

The position requires a strong mechanical background, good communication skills, and the ability to handle orders, warranties, and returns efficiently.

Qualifications

• Strong background in automotive mechanics.
• Above average communication skills.
• Spanish language fluency is a plus and encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Take and process customer orders by phone and online; invoice orders and direct delivery staff to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with delivery specialists to verify order accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are maintained and inspected; log daily miles.
• Work with Sales Specialists to provide superior service to professional customers.
• Verify products and warranties are billed before customers leave the store.
• Assist on front and retail counters and support backroom duties when needed.
• Handle customer labor claims promptly and accurately.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
