• Develop sales relationships with installers and professional customers.
• Take orders via phone and online, invoice orders, direct pick/ship for on-time delivery.
• Direct delivery specialists to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and inspected according to standards.
• Verify warranty parts and cores are billed before checkout.
• Assist on front/rear counters and backroom duties as needed.
• Handle customer labor claims efficiently.
