O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Installer Service Specialist to assist professional customers, manage orders, and coordinate delivery activities. The role involves overseeing delivery staff to ensure timely, accurate deliveries and providing superior service to installers and shop professionals.

Requirements include a strong mechanics background, hands-on automotive repair knowledge, and ASE Certification. Bilingual abilities in Spanish are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Strong background in mechanics.
• Hands-on knowledge of automotive repairs.
• ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Develop sales relationships with installers/professional customers.
• Take orders by phone and online, invoice orders, direct delivery routing.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained to company standards.
• Verify product/merchandise billed before customers leave the store.
• Assist on front and retail counters as needed; help with backroom duties.
• Assist with customer labor claims and ensure prompt processing.
• All other duties as assigned.
