Responsibilities

• Follow and promote customer service programs and related selling.
• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Assist professional customers as needed and directed.
• Handle cash, checks, and card transactions accurately.
• Process returns and exchanges per policy.
• Address and resolve customer complaints.
• Perform daily store operations and stock updates.
• Operate store equipment after training.
• Provide in-store services as allowed by state laws.
• Drive deliveries when needed and allowed.
