Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers and to support store management with daily tasks. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, reflecting our diverse customer base.

You will greet customers, assist with merchandise selection, process transactions, handle exchanges, manage returns, and help with inventory, planograms, and in-store services as trained. Join a stable, growth-oriented team.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in selecting merchandise.
• Promote and follow customer service programs (Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, etc.).
• Process cash/credit transactions and maintain the cash drawer securely.
• Handle exchanges and returns per policy.
• Address customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Assist with stocking, planogram updates, and inventory tasks.
• Provide in-store services (install wipers, test batteries, etc.) as trained.
• Occasionally drive to deliver goods when needed.
