Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be legally authorized to work without sponsorship.
• Ability to read, write and speak English and Spanish.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Lift up to 70 lbs; frequent lifting, occasional heavier.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams staff: meets expectations rating and HR Cloud courses completed.

Responsabilités

• Provide high levels of customer satisfaction through sales service.
• Assist customers in person and by phone, determine needs and present products.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and per policies.
• Work toward monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Maintain accurate work orders and inventories.
• Stock shelves, set up displays and package deliveries as needed.
• Tint and mix products per customer specifications.
• Ensure store equipment is clean and organized.
