Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company seeks a Customer Service Specialist to assist customers in selecting products, answering questions, and delivering outstanding service in-store and by phone. You will support sales goals, maintain product displays, and stay informed about product features to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, restocking, tinting and mixing products, and collaborating with teams to improve sales and service quality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends as scheduled.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams employees must have a 'meets expectations' rating on their last performance appraisal.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams employees must have completed HR Cloud eLearning for their current position.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and per policy.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
• Pull products from the floor or warehouse; tint and mix as needed.
• Stock shelves and set up displays; clean store equipment.
