Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for Store #2429, Lancaster, SC. You will engage with customers in person and by phone, determine needs, recommend products, and drive sales while maintaining high store standards.

Position requires bilingual English/Spanish abilities, cash handling, and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs. Full-time hours include evenings and weekends, with a starting pay of $16/hour.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
