Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist at our Philadelphia, PA location. You will assist customers in person and by phone, determine needs, and recommend products to meet those needs while aiming to maximize sales and maintain high store standards.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, stocking displays, tinting/mixing products, and supporting delivery operations. A minimum 18 years of age, English/Spanish proficiency, and a valid driver’s license are

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
• Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistent with policies and procedures
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
• Stock shelves and set up displays
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in deliveries as needed
