Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support both wholesale and retail customers at Store #5671 in Pittsfield, MA. You will determine customer needs, present appropriate products, and resolve concerns to ensure satisfaction.

The role requires English and Spanish communication, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs. Evening and weekend shifts may be required; training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English.
• Must read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and 70 lbs. on occasion.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Internal to Sherwin-Williams, must have “meets expectations” rating.
• Must have completed HR Cloud eLearning for current position.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products.
• Build productive trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and according to policies.
• Follow and achieve sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
• Pull products from sales floor or warehouse.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Clean store equipment.
• Load/unload delivery trucks.
• Assist in deliveries as needed.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable conditions.
• Remain knowledgeable on products and discuss options.
• Comply with inventory control procedures.
• Suggest ways to improve sales.
