Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to assist wholesale and retail customers, determine their needs, and recommend suitable products. Responsibilities include sales, order processing, stock management, and occasional deliveries.

Ideal candidates are 18+, legally eligible to work in the U.S., fluent in English and Spanish, and capable of lifting up to 70 lbs. Evening and weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must be able to retrieve items from shelves and lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with store policies.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Assist in making deliveries as needed.
