Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers in-store and over the phone.
• Determine customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and meet store sales goals.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with store policies.
• Assist in receiving, stocking, and merchandising to keep product displays presentable.
• Transport and load/unload products and carry out deliveries as needed.
