Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking Customer Service Specialists to assist wholesale and retail customers, determine needs, answer questions about products, and recommend solutions while promoting high service standards. You will work at store locations in Wilmington, MA, and be responsible for processing sales, maintaining displays, stocking shelves, and ensuring accurate transactions.

Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred; a valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 70 lbs are

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English and Spanish.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Lifts up to 70 lbs and works flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams employee must meet performance expectations and complete HR training.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistent with policies and procedures
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas
• Pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse
• Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications
• Stock shelves and set up displays
• Clean store equipment
• Load/unload delivery trucks
• Assist in making deliveries, as needed
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
• Comply with inventory control procedures
• Suggest ways to improve sales
