Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for Store #2746 in Franklin, TN. You will assist customers in person and over the phone, determine needs, and recommend the right products while aiming to meet sales goals.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, maintaining displays, tinting and mixing as needed, and ensuring accurate records and order files, with attention to inventory control.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must read, write, comprehend and communicate in English and Spanish.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50–70 lbs. and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and according to policies.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain precise work order files and inventory records.
• Pull products from shelves or warehouse and tint/mix as needed.
• Stock shelves, set up displays, and assist with deliveries as required.
