Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company in Knoxville is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to work with wholesale and retail customers, determine needs, and recommend the right solutions. You will help resolve concerns and ensure client satisfaction while staying current on product features and maintaining store standards.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, processing sales, stocking displays, tinting and mixing products, and meeting sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish.

Responsibilities
