Job summary

Sherwin-Williams in Brownsville, TN is seeking a part-time Customer Service Specialist to help wholesale and retail customers choose the right paint products and services while delivering friendly, accurate service.

You will handle sales transactions, assist over the phone, stock shelves, tint and mix as needed, and stay informed about product features to ensure high standards and good store performance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English; Spanish proficiency preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistent with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas.
