Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to assist customers in person and by phone, determine needs, and present the right paint and related products. You will process transactions, tint and mix products, and ensure accurate inventory and displays to support sales goals.

You will build trust with wholesale and retail customers, stay informed on product features, and help maintain high store standards while protecting customers and staff through safe practices.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistent with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications.
