Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and write in English and Spanish.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Able to lift 50–70 lbs and flexibly work evenings/weekends.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and meet sales goals.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and recommending products.
• Process sales transactions accurately and according to policies.
• Stock shelves, set up displays, and maintain shop cleanliness.
• Tint and mix products per customer specs and handle deliveries as needed.
