Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to assist customers in person and by phone, determine needs, and recommend suitable paint products and solutions. You will support sales goals while ensuring accurate transactions and maintenance of displays.

Responsibilities include stocking, tinting, mixing products, and delivering excellent service to both wholesale and retail customers.

Minimum requirements include being 18+, legal authorization to work in the United States, English literacy, and valid driver's license.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
Process sales transactions accurately and consistent with policies and procedures.
Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications.
Stock shelves and set up displays.
Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in deliveries when needed.
Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
