Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist in Nashville to assist customers, determine needs, and present solutions from our paint and related products. You will resolve inquiries, process sales, and help maintain store standards.

Must be at least 18, legally authorized to work in the United States, and able to read and communicate in English and Spanish. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include English literacy
• Prefer high school diploma or GED
• Experience in customer service or retail is a plus
• Must have a valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent sales service to customers in person and over the phone.
• Assist customers by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Maintain accurate sales and inventory records and handle transactions according to store policies.
• Assist in stock, displays, and store cleanliness to maintain visual standards.
• Support deliveries and loading/unloading as needed.
