Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Fluent in reading/writing English and Spanish, with strong communication skills.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends and complete HR training if internal to Sherwin-Williams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and by phone, determine needs, and present appropriate products.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers and process transactions accurately.
• Follow sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly, and maintain accurate files and formulas.
• Stock shelves, set up displays, tint/mix products per customer specs, and help with deliveries.
