Sherwin-Williams Co. is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to assist customers in person and by phone, determine needs, and recommend paint and related products. You will process transactions, answer questions about features, and help ensure smooth store operations.

The role emphasizes delivering excellent service, meeting sales goals, and maintaining product quality and store standards. Bilingual English/Spanish ability is preferred and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish.
• Be able to retrieve items from shelves and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products and services.
• Process sales transactions accurately and according to store policies.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition in assigned areas.
• Tint and mix products as needed to customer specifications.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
