Job summary

Sherwin-Williams Co. is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to assist wholesale and retail customers, determine needs, and recommend products. You will resolve concerns promptly and uphold product quality standards while helping the store meet sales goals.

Responsibilities include handling transactions, stocking displays, tinting and mixing products as needed, and supporting deliveries. Must be 18+, bilingual, and able to lift up to 70 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish.
• Must be legally authorized to work without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent sales service to customers in person and over the phone.
• Determine customer needs and present appropriate Sherwin-Williams products and services.
• Process sales transactions accurately and follow store policies.
• Maintain product knowledge and stock presentation.
