Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is hiring a Customer Service Specialist to assist customers in person and by phone, identify needs, and recommend products. You will build relationships with wholesale and retail customers while meeting sales targets and processing transactions accurately.

You will also tint and mix products to specifications, stock shelves, and support deliveries as needed. Excellent English communication is required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the US.
• Must read, write, and communicate in English; Spanish is preferred.
• Experience in customer service, sales or retail is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally 70 lbs; able to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products and services.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and follow policies.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Maintain accurate work orders and stock levels; pull products from floor/warehouse.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays; clean equipment.
• Assist in deliveries and loading/unloading as needed.
• Comply with inventory control procedures; suggest sales improvements.
