Job summary

You will handle sales transactions, stock displays, tinting/mixing products, and assist with deliveries as needed. Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) with strong communication skills and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing and communicating in English and Spanish
• Experience in customer service or delivery/retail roles preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services
• Build productive relationships with wholesale and retail customers
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications
• Assist in deliveries as needed
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
