Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is hiring a Customer Service Specialist to assist customers in person and over the phone, recommend products, and drive sales at our store in Pottstown, PA. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records.

Ideal candidates are bilingual (English/Spanish), able to lift up to 50 lbs, and willing to work evenings and weekends. A valid driver’s license and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must read, write, and speak English well.
• Must read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work evenings/weekends.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams rating of >= meets expectations (3).
• Must complete HR Cloud eLearning courses for current position.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products and services.
• Build productive trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and per policy.
• Follow and achieve sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas; stock shelves and displays.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications; assist in deliveries as needed.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
