Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist at Store #5332 in Audubon, PA. You will assist customers in person and by phone, determine needs, and present suitable paint products and services to meet goals.

You will participate in inventory control, tinting and mixing as required, and help maintain a presentable store while supporting deliveries. This role emphasizes excellent service and achieving monthly sales targets.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English; Spanish ability required.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
• Must be available to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone, determining needs and presenting appropriate products.
• Build trusted relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies.
• Maintain in-stock shelves and arrange displays; stock and clean store equipment.
• Support deliveries and loading/unloading as needed.
