Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work without sponsorship.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking Spanish.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams employee must meet performance rating requirements and complete HR Cloud training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service to drive sales and satisfaction.
• Assist customers in person and by phone, determine needs, and present relevant products and services.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Maintain accurate work order files and inventory records.
• Retrieve products from shelves/warehouse and assist with deliveries as needed.
• Move and tint products to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays; maintain clean store equipment.
