Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist at Store #5075 in Fitchburg, MA. You will assist customers, answer questions about products, and recommend solutions to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities include handling sales transactions, keeping displays polished, tinting/mixing as needed, and supporting deliveries. Candidates should be able to lift up to 70 lbs and work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs and handle stock movement.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams employee requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and by phone, determining needs and offering products.
• Build trusting relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately following policies and procedures.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Maintain organized work orders and product formulas.
• Pull products from floor or warehouse; tint and mix as needed.
• Stock shelves, set up displays, and keep store equipment clean.
• Support deliveries and loading/unloading with accuracy.
