Sherwin-Williams is hiring for a Customer Service Specialist at Store #5075 in Fitchburg, MA. You will assist in person and by phone, determine customer needs, tint and mix products, and drive sales while maintaining store presentation and inventory controls.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, product knowledge, and teamwork to meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. Eligible benefits cover health, retirement, and paid time away.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Internal to Sherwin-Williams, must have at least a ‘meets expectations’ rating.
• Completed HR Cloud eLearning courses required for current position.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
• Pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in deliveries as needed.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
• Comply with inventory control procedures.
• Suggest ways to improve sales.
