Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to drive sales in multiple Harwich MA stores. You will assist customers in person and by phone, recommend appropriate paint and related products, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

You’ll handle transactions, maintain displays, stock shelves, and support deliveries as needed, with emphasis on service quality and accuracy. Eligible for health benefits and paid time off, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams employees must have a meets expectations rating.
• Complete required HR Cloud eLearning courses.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain precise work order files and expressions; pull products from floor/warehouse.
• Tint and mix products per customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays; maintain store cleanliness.
• Assist in deliveries as needed and load/unload delivery trucks.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss options.
