Job summary

Charter Communications is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to connect customers with Spectrum’s high-speed data and communication solutions. You’ll meet with prospective residential customers, conduct needs analyses, and present tailored proposals to drive growth and satisfaction.

This role requires 90% outdoor work, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel to assigned territories. Base pay plus commissions aims for total compensation over $100,000, with employee benefits

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write, speak English and Spanish.
• Willing to travel to assigned territories.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and introducing Spectrum's offerings.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor product recommendations for each prospective customer.
• Present compelling sales proposals that align with customer needs and highlight Spectrum's solutions.
• Complete all required sales documentation accurately, including dispositioning, order entry and reporting.
• Participate actively in sales meetings and training sessions to support team goals and professional development.
• Achieve monthly sales targets across high-speed data, mobile, landline phone and video services.
• Monitor competitors' activities within your territory and communicate relevant information to your manager.
